What data UNPRICED collects, why, and your rights.
This policy explains how UNPRICED collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you visit the site, sign in, take a position, submit content or contact us. UNPRICED is responsible for information processed through services under its control; you can reach us at contact@unpriced.xyz.
The interface is noncustodial: we do not control your wallet and we hold neither your private keys nor your assets.
We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from public blockchain networks, and from service providers such as wallet, RPC, indexing, analytics and hosting providers.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide the services you request, for legitimate interests such as operating and securing the interface, with your consent where requested (audience measurement), and to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.
Public blockchain networks are transparent by design: transactions, wallet addresses and contract events may be permanently available through nodes, explorers and indexers. We cannot edit, hide, reverse or delete information recorded on a public blockchain; disconnecting your wallet or making a privacy request does not remove prior onchain activity.
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to vendors and infrastructure providers that support the service: Privy (wallet infrastructure, account sign-in and transaction authorization), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (audience measurement, EU, with consent), Sentry (error reports), RPC services and the Blockscout explorer. They process information on our behalf or under their own policies.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or legal rights, to investigate abuse or security incidents, in connection with a business reorganization, or with your consent. Information you publish onchain or on public surfaces (profile, leaderboard) may be visible to anyone.
Wallets, blockchain networks, smart contracts and other services available through or linked from the Platform are independent from UNPRICED. Review the privacy terms of a third party before providing information or using its service.
The browser stores local preferences (language, sign-in session, consent choice) and we may use cookies or similar technologies to protect the interface and measure performance. Audience measurement is enabled only after your agreement via the consent banner. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising.
We retain offchain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security and comply with law. Communications are kept while the request is handled, then for a reasonable recordkeeping period. Public blockchain records may persist indefinitely and are outside our control.
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the systems under our control. No internet service, wallet, smart contract or network can be guaranteed to be completely secure: never send us your private key or recovery phrase.
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
To make a privacy request, email contact@unpriced.xyz and describe your request with the information needed to locate the relevant records; we may verify your identity before completing it. Depending on where you live, you can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information held offchain, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and appeal a decision or complain to a data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right, and we cannot alter public blockchain records.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Residents of certain states may have rights to know, access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, and to appeal a denied request: submit requests to contact@unpriced.xyz.
The interface is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact contact@unpriced.xyz.
We may update this policy as the interface, the infrastructure or legal requirements change. The date at the bottom of the page identifies the current version; a material change may be announced in the interface.
